How long do I have to sit Core 2 after passing Core 1?
CompTIA does not publish a fixed countdown. What matters in practice is that both exams must come from the same version, so the deadline is the retirement of that version — when a series retires, a single passed exam from it can no longer be paired. CompTIA has not published a retirement date for V15. Check CompTIA’s own page before planning a long gap between the two exams.
