1. Overview

EvolveSkill offers digital products, including exam vouchers, study materials, and training resources.

As these are intangible digital goods, once delivered, they cannot be returned, refunded, or exchanged except in specific situations defined below.

By purchasing from this website, you acknowledge and agree to this Refund & Cancellation Policy.



2. Refund Eligibility

Refunds are only applicable under the following conditions:

  • The purchased digital product was not delivered within 48 hours of payment.
  • The delivered product (voucher or study material) is defective, invalid, or cannot be redeemed due to an error from our end.

Requests that do not meet these criteria will not be eligible for a refund.



3. Non-Refundable Situations

Refunds will not be issued in the following cases:

  • You entered an incorrect email address or provided the wrong delivery details.
  • The voucher or study material was successfully delivered, but you changed your mind.
  • The voucher has already been redeemed, activated, or partially used.
  • You purchased the wrong certification or product by mistake.
  • You failed the exam or did not use the materials as intended.

4. Process for Requesting Refunds

To request a refund, contact contact@evolveskill4.com with the following details:

  • Your Order ID
  • Email used for purchase
  • A clear description of the issue

Each claim will be reviewed individually, and valid refunds (if approved) will be processed within 5–7 business days to the original payment method.



5. Cancellation Policy

Because our products are delivered digitally and instantly, order cancellations are not possible once payment has been processed.

If your order has not yet been fulfilled (i.e., the voucher has not been issued or the file has not been sent), you may contact us immediately to check if a manual cancellation is possible.



6. Technical Delivery Issues

If you experience any delay or failed download, please contact contact@evolveskill4.com.

Our support team will reissue the materials or resend your voucher free of charge if the issue is verified.


7. Currency & Pricing

All prices are displayed in USD unless otherwise specified.

For international orders, currency conversion fees or transaction charges applied by your bank or payment provider are non-refundable.



8. Modification of Policy

EvolveSkill reserves the right to modify this Refund & Cancellation Policy at any time.

Any updates will be posted on this page with a revised effective date.
